      Terrible customer service. *************** to benefit themselves. When the customer has insurance to cover services, it is billed through health Insurance instead of through vision insurance even with Dianostic exam covered through VSP. Considers themselves to be a VSP provider but don't bill through VSP properly. Office says they bill all medical the same way, which means no matter what your coverage is they will bill it the way they want. Then hangs up when confronted with billing being beyond what is allowed (by their agreement in being a network VSP provider.) I would recommend all customers call your vision insurance and make sure you are being properly billed for services rendered, even if it has been in the past years. Be warned they are argumentive when trying to talk to billing.
