    Outstanding work, craftsmanship and professionalism. First time ** owners and purchased a used unit that needed tlc. ******* and is crew did and amazing job on everything we needed addressed in a very quick turnaround and extremely reasonable shop rates. He has worked on the ** a couple of times as needed from use and every time the service has been excellent I have ever increasing disabilities and was finding it more challenging to get up the steps and it looked like we may have to give up our travel adventures. Bought an electric lift and just had it shipped to Freddies shop. He was over booked but worked us in as we had a trip planned. He and his crew installed the lift and it looks better than any factory installed device. He even added some extra touches to make entry and use ********* is rare in todays world to find someone with such integrity, work ethic and professionalism to do work when needed. In life they say you should always seek out the best to keep things running, well we have found that business.

    ******* was fantastic at getting our 5th wheel repaired and back to ** in a timely manner. His attitude and demeanor were outstanding. He sent pics to us during the progress of repairs, and answered any questions we had. There were many other places we could have taken our 5th wheel to, but Westar RV Service was a reccomended repair place by some people we know, and it was WELL WORTH the extra drive for repairs. We will certainly go back to Westar RV Service if we ever need to. Thank you, *******, and and your crew for an awesome job that was done flawlessly.

    Looked on line and found that WESTAR was the only service dealer with all 5 Star ratings on his reviews. Had what seemed to be an expensive water damage repair. ****** ensured my camper was immediately put inside to prevent any possible further damage from the elements. Constantly communicated with me at every step. Took tons of pictures for me so I could have before and after photos on file. Extremely reasonable on his pricing and didnt sell me anything I did not need. I know very little about this expensive 5th wheel and he ensured he took care of what was needed and nothing more. Was very quick in his research for my camper as well as completing the repairs much faster than anticipated. To say his customer service was excellent would be an understatement. WESTAR knows how to treat a customerbetter than family. Even met me at his shop when he was supposed to be closed to meet my schedule and demands of such. How many businesses do that these days? I know of very few, especially a small family business like WESTAR. I have absolutely NO reservations giving two thumbs up to this business and I would refer them over anyone in the area. WESTAR does it right! Thanks to ******* and his team! Class act!

    Looking for RV bodywork or restoration? ******* seems to be able to do it all and from my experience, he does a super job without the high prices at dealers. Our **** ****** needed some serious attention and the local dealers couldn't get me in for months and their prices were really high. I found Westar on the internet and drove up from ******* to have him do the work on my way to ********. He had it completed in a timely manner and for the price he quoted me over the phone. On top of that, he was great to work with. Super friendly guy who made sure the paint looked great. I would not hesitate to refer him to my best friend.

    We looked for a local RV repair shop and found Westar had a 5 star rating. He explained what we would need, he also got 2nd opinion from HVAC person and chased down parts to get the job done quicker for **. Kept ** informed and no hidden fees. We would definitely recommend Westar for any RV repair!
