      ******* and Denver were timely, polite, fun and identified the problems with my refrigerator and fixed the problems on the spot! I highly recommend them! And **** on the phone was also very informative and helpful! Really good down to earth knowledgeable people!

      0/10 WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND!If I could give them 0 stars, I would.We didn't know how bad of shape our water heater was in until the pilot light went out and we had to light it. We started trying to get a new water heater right away. My dad offered to pay for one and the install through Hagerman. We were super grateful, but if my dad wasn't paying for it, I would NOT have used them. The staff was rude and condescending. They repeatedly told me how we should have done this months ago (when we didn't know about it). We were repeatedly told that the snow is an inconvenience for them. They asked about taking down a mounted baby gate that my husband put up and I was told that I should watch and learn because that's how it's done. The receptionist was just as rude as the service workers, even to the point of saying, "Well you aren't paying for it, your dad is." When trying to schedule it and make sure I was off work to be here for them to install it.When they left, one guy said bye. That was it, just "Bye." We weren't even sure they were finished. They left a mess everywhere.
