***** gas was my propane provider for years. They recently underwent management changes that lead to ** deciding to go elsewhere. We pay them 190$ a month for a budget plan and pay increased propane price per gallon for them to monitor our propane level. Fall of 2022, they let us run completely out of propane which led us to having no heat or cooking abilities until the next day when they finally filled our tank. My account was in good standing and it was their obligation to monitor our levels because we paid for it.Even though my account was over $400 paid ahead they kept demanding additional payments to keep me even further ahead, when before the management change, they would allow you to skip payments until my ahead balance was ran down. We had switch providers due to them letting us run out of propane, demanding payment when Im paid ahead, and their poor customer **********************. Our new provider removed their tank and replaced it with their own, as well as put ***** tank near the road for them to pick up easier. We have been told for over a month they pick it asap. Including told us theyd have it picked up by end of week. Its sat in my yard for over a month and is an eyesore. Our business relationship has ended and my yard is not a storage facility. They refuse to answer phone calls or give a specific date for pick up, or wont give a date for the refund of the $400+ I paid ahead.Id like the tank picked up. Id like my $404 refunded, and Id like $200 storage fee for leaving the tank in my yard for over a month.

***** gas showed up in the spring to remove my tank (35%) filled without warning, a letter or a reason and we were not owing any money. I was refused service and forced to find another company l'm assuming because l complained about their service on social media. They are now refusing to reimburse the money for the remaining propane which was in the tank upon removals and again showed up announced and without warning and just took the tank. They broke the contract and l want my money back for my propane.

We are on an auto-fill program with this propane provider. Typically we are refilled when our remaining propane reaches 25-30%. I checked my tank last Wednesday (Nov 23rd) and we were down to 14%. I called them and informed them on how low we were. I was assured someone would be out that *** (Nov 25th). Well, Friday came and went with no refill and of course they are closed over the weekend. Monday came and went, no refill. I called them again on Tuesday. This time I am told someone will be out later in the week. It is now Thurs (Dec 1st) and out tank has yet to be refilled. We are now down to 6%. Here are my biggest issues:1) Running out of propane. Our house is heated with a gas furnace. If we run out of propane, we have no heat. With how cold it is, our pipes will freeze quickly causing damage to the house. I feel as though this should be considered some kind of negligence if it gets to that point. 2) I feel as though this is almost a scam to make more money. In the propane world, there are summer prices and winter prices (winter being more expensive). Had they filled us when they should have, we would have been paying summer prices. Now, because of their incompetence, we are stuck paying winter prices which means it will be more expensive. We will also be paying for an extra 20% more propane, since they failed to fill us at 25-30%. This all equates to more money for them. 3) How many other people are being affected by this locations incompetence? I guarantee that we are not an isolated case.
