    On Monday, June 22, my son was traveling with his baseball team and they were in ******, IN. His phone screen went black and would not work. ******* checked his phone and told him he just needed a new screen. My son found and called Cellteck and they told him they had his screen in stock and they could replace it. The screen was replaced and worked for about 8 hours. My son realized after he left that the screen wasn't fitting the phone properly but he was already on the bus heading to ******** so could not go back. I found out that he paid cash for the repair because they told him he would save $50 by paying cash. I called them after learning about the screen not working and they were very rude and hung up on me. I tried to call them back for 2 days and they won't answer. They totally took advantage of a young adult knowing he was only in town for the day and had him pay in cash so I couldn't stop the transaction through my credit card company. So shady. I should add that they spoke very broken English.

    When customer called us we simply told her our store policy and she could return back to the store and we would take care of the problem but customer started yelling at ** and trying accused us the things we did not so our store policy is as long as no damage made by the customer we stand by our products and workmanship that is explained to the customer and if customer wants to return back and no damage made on the screen we will take care of it
