Jml came out to replace a 200 amp cables, a meter base, main power line, main power panel ground wire and some circuit breakers on 03/26/2024. These issues were found by JMLwhile having a contractor's work double-checked by this company. We were not having electrical issues at the time, however **** informed us we would have issues in the future if we didn't take care of it. We had to use this company multiple times and trusted their opinion. This service was only supposed to cause us to lose power in the morning on the 26th and the 27th we were not told we would lose power overnight. However, we did and the temperature dropped too low for our baby to sleep in the house. We also lost all of the food in our refrigerator because we did not know we were going to go that long without power. ****** actually guaranteed us. We would have power for the evening so we could at least have our heat on. Right before leaving on the 27th **** found out we had no lights in the basement and believed he had popped a fuse. He said they would come back to give them a call. I mistakenly trusted him and paid him at that time. This led to one of the longest months of my life. Our house started flickering the next day and has continued flickering for a month now. After repeated attempts to correct the lights in the basement and the flickering by ******, we finally called in a second opinion. We did this due to ****** trying to cancel an appointment with us for the third time. The other electrician found multiple problems, including the fuse box being wired incorrectly. A surge having gone through and burned out four of our lights. Incorrect breakers having been used and a burnt fuse box. Now we are receiving messages from ****** that she fixed the flickering, this is new flickering. We just want our money back so we can pay for the damage JML caused our home. We gave them several weeks to correct this issue,****** told us on multiple occasions she had no idea what was wrong.

The end of August JML Electric came the house to do a quote to run 240 electrics to a ********* was given a quote and gave 1/2 of Quote of $1240.00 I had asked that the check be held until the 5 of September this was okay with them as they had to set up a date to do the work. When the homeowners came home after the weekend, I was told they did not want this work to be done. So, I tried to call JML on both the 4 and 5 of September all I could do was leave a message. They did cash my check and on the 6th I got ahold of their office, was told they would bring me a check on the following Monday, but no one showed up. For the last two months I have been calling trying to get this resolved. They no longer answer my phone but have answered when I call from a friends phone. Always telling me their said stories about having to move after short notice or someone is in the hospital.
