    I hired this company to take out my chimney on a rental property I own. They assured me that the job would be easy and get done in a timely manner, that the price would be $700, and that they would give me a call before they start because I had some things I wanted to discuss with them before doing the work. A couple days pass and I get a phone call saying the work is done, I had no previous phone call, okay no big deal. They fixed the roof but had taken a couple things that were on my roof and I had to call to get it returned to me, there was also a lot of cleanup I had to do of brick all over my yard, again not a big deal. I fixed the wall that had the damage from the previously leak and was just so happy to have the issue resolved, until the wall got damaged again but worse than before. My dad drove 4 hours to come help me figure out the issues because I couldnt figure out was going on with it. We found a hole on the roof that could fit 3 fingers in it that water was coming through. When we contacted the owner; ******* Turner at Turner and Sons he came over and stated that his worker did not put a boot around the furnace escape that they installed and then after seeing the hole as well he stated that the work wasnt done properly. He assured me he would have someone over to fix the roof and the wall by the end of the week and that they would pull the shingles up and replace them. A day passed by and he said everything was fixed and that his contractor would be over to fix the wall by the end of the week. The end of the week came and passed and he would not return any of my calls or texts and never came to do the work, when I seen the roof repair it was just some black tar he put over the hole. I have a video of the leak and text messages from him stating that he would fix the issues, all together it costed me $8150 in repairs and losses on selling the house and I was very disappointed in the whole situation.

    Ive recently got an email noting that ******* Turner of Turner and sons believes I have the wrong company. These are our messages from May of 2023 where he states his name and I had his company name saved. 

    I messaged and called him multiple times with no response. My dad even drove 4 hours to help me with the matter where we visited his house thats where his business address was stated from ****** so that we would finally get a response. Upon visiting he stated that the work was not done right and he would have this fixed. After that I no longer heard from him and had to fix all of his damages myself.

    This is the only contract I have with him and the only thing he gave me, I have contracts from all the other businesses i I used but not from Turner and sons. I chose him because his price fit my budget needs at that time, but it ended up costing me hundreds more due to his negligence.
