I took my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have the water pump replaced, while replacing the water pump they bent my engine mounts. I took it back to them a few times because the engine was shaking, they told me there was nothing wrong until I had a sales man pull another Jeep over and used it to show them mine was shaking and the other Jeep wasnt. They looked at it and said my engine mounts were bent, probably from the water pump being replaced. They agreed to replace the engine mounts. It has shook ever since and they wouldnt fix the problem. Now my Jeep is being worked on by another place. This place inspected my Jeep and said my engine mounts had been melted and not replaced.

We have called the customer about the issue, unfortunately seems like we are playing phone. Customer had stated they wanted a refund for a portion of what they paid. If we can get ahold of the customer, we are willing to give the $100 refund. I hope to update this soon with the completed resolution.

To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a complaint against Chariot Auto for poor workmanship and unprofessional practices following a car accident repair. After the collision, I took my vehicle to Chariot Auto for repairs, where numerous issues arose that indicate a clear lack of attention to detail and negligence in the repair process.Firstly, upon inspection by an independent mechanic, it was discovered that multiple components were improperly installed, including a loose nut on the front right door hinge, a disconnected light harness, and missing clips on the right front door. These issues were not present before the repairs and are direct results of Chariots failure to properly secure or install essential parts.Additionally, the quality of the repair work left my vehicle unsafe. The transmission mount was inadequately handled, and various trim clips were either improperly installed or completely missing. These issues severely compromised the integrity of my vehicle, leading to a diminished safety standard and potential long-term damage.Chariot Autos failure to adhere to industry standards and their refusal to fix these issues in a timely manner has left me with ongoing concerns. Its clear that they did not complete the repairs according to proper protocols, and I am left with additional costs and complications due to their substandard service.I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter, as Chariot Autos actions have not only caused me financial strain but have also raised significant safety concerns.Sincerely,**** ****
