    I have utilized Pawsitively Spoiled Kokomo for numerous visits while going out for town for extended amounts of time. When doing the initial ************ with the owner, ***, I advised him my dog, *******, has PTSD from past abuse and is wary of men. She is also skittish around a lot of new people.During the visits I received "report cards" stating ******* did good, but she seemed a bit skittish at times. I am having major abdominal surgery in October and booked ******* for numerous appointments since I will be unable to walk her. He asked me to call him, and when I did, proceeded to tell me that he accepted the appointments but "strongly suggests" i get backup because of some incidents with her. I asked him to explain and he stated that one of his longtime dog ******* was scared ******* would bite her.I told him ******* does not bite, but he said she bit him. He explained it was his fault due to putting his hand in *******'s face while she was scared, and she drew ****** I was never notified of this or any other incidents where a dog ****** was scared. I have screen shots from previous visits as well with no biting mentioned. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by telling me now.When I posted a review on ********* the company blocked me.

    We are sorry our communication about *******'s behavior upset you so much. We tried to the best of our abilities to allow her to get comfortable by using a different team member after one had issues. Her aggression worsened even after consistent visits with one person. While we all care so much about animals, we also must care about our humans too. We appreciate your critique and will learn from our experience with ***************

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

    [The report cards provided to me showed nothing of aggression or her reacting in certain manners. I have a right to know what is going on with my dog in my own home. If she was so aggressive they could not handle her that means the appointments I paid for were not completed so I should be refunded.]
