    I signed a lease and they deposited ******** into a private account the day I moved in. I signed with *******************, ****** *****, and on day of move in, August 15th, 2024 she said they'd sold property to ***, out of ******, *******. No walk through was done. I found 3 types of roaches next day, and two appliances were broken. No one responds to maintenance. I spent over 800 dollars cleaning carpet, and gave them a security deposit of ****** plus ******* to ***** who deposited it in her personal account never giving to new RAM, MANAGEMENT. I contacted ******* ******** , the RAM person who ****** said on move in day would send me a new lease to sign. I still have old and new. No one replies to my phone messages. Break ins multiple times, I had to get security system. Leases dates for renewal don't match up either. Scammed? I want my ******* back. ******* said ****** never gave RAM my deposits or ******* first and last. I paid rent to *** EVERY MONTH SO FAR. I am disabled. They also stole a document from my mother who cosigned. It was a sensitive bank document on one of my mother's Properties. Please help! *** has threatened to throw me out because I asked them to give my money back and show proof of shredded document of mother's. 800 I paid to clean up roaches and carpet. 1220 back from them stealing. Asking for ******* back and corrected leases with connecting dates because I signed on and their lease ends July but new 1 starts August and dates don't line up. Request new dishwasher as well. Floods apartment.
