    On 2/18/2023, I contacted ZTech Rhino Linings in ******, IN. I requested that they do a subwoofer and amplifier installation on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I took my Jeep to them on 2/18/2023 and about a hour after dropping my vehicle off, the owner of the business called me and informed me that my key fob was not working. He requested that I bring my spare key fob to see if it would work. I brought my spare key fob to ZTech and my dashboard was displaying damaged key. I asked the owner about it and he offered no solution to the problem. I paid $243.61 for the subwoofer and amplifier install. On 2/20/2023, I contacted ZTech again. I asked for a manager on the phone and was greeted by the owner of the business. I explained to him that when I dropped my Jeep off, my key was working. When I picked my Jeep up, my key was not working. He was very rude, disrespectful, demeaning and discriminatory on the phone to me. He cursed at me and treated me very poorly as a complaining customer. He explained that the problems started happening before they even touched the vehicle to do the installation. He said to me that I didnt know where parts were on my car, that I didnt know where my battery even was and that he does this for a living and knows what hes talking about. He told me to bring my Jeep back and they would try to fix it. On 2/20/2023, I took my Jeep back to the business. He took my Jeep around back while I waited in the lobby for a half hour. He then brought the keys back out to me and told me that they had forgot to plug some wiring back in during the installation. Originally though, I was told they had not touched the vehicle when it started having problems, so he lied to me. I was not given a refund, even though I requested one and I was treated worse than Ive ever been treated as a customer. I was lied to, disrespectful, cheated, cursed and made to feel worthless.
