      I worked here for 3 years and never had any issues. My client was complaining in March ants was biting him. The house manger reported this to ****** ******( ***). *** told the house manager and a male coworker to look. They had no clue what to look for. The client, other staff, and myself were being eaten alive by something in that house but no one knew what was biting us. I sent *** a message August 22 2024 showing him I found a bed bug and had killed in the living room. *** said they would send someone out but it took *** and ******* over a week to have a professional come to the home and check. A staff also went to the hospital by ambulance because of this. *** lied and said it was only one to two bedbugs in the home. The home was infested with bed bugs and they had to throw out a lot of things from the clients room but continued to take short cuts. Even after the professional came out the client and staff was still being eaten alive by bed bugs. *** had numerous staff working at the site and with held information from them that it was infested with bed bugs. One girl quit when she found out. *** threatened me numerous times that I would be fired if I didn't continue to in the site with the bed bug infestation. *** and the other office managers were extremely cruel towards me. They neglected the client, other staff, and myself. *** fired me and said I refused to work when *** never offered me any hours at another site. Another staff ****** refused to work at another home with a bed bug infestation but they didn't fire her. This is a very messy and unprofessional company. They sit in the office talking poorly about the workers and some of the women are too busy having *** with the African American male workers & showing favoritism.

      Company cannot be located, but they are still billing for services that are not being given. All offices in *******, ******* are closed or are now salons. They cannot be located. All phones, emails and websites have been shut down. Don't use them. I have been trying to locate them for 17 months and they are not at the addresses that they claim to be.
