    My son had work done approximately 6 weeks ago. The workers came in to fix a plumbing problem in the upstairs apartment, and while they were there we worked it out with them to also replace a toilet in the downstairs apartment. They finished the toilet work with no obvious problems. They never went into the basement to see if there was structural integrity issues. They did note that the floor was somewhat slanted! What is that supposed to mean to someone who doesn't work in the plumbing industry? All we knew is that is they didn't have a problem putting it on a slanted floor then we didn't have a problem with it either! They never said we would have leaking problems, or any other problems that could insue from the floor being slightly slanted, or we would have remedied the problem. Fast forward to yesterday, and now we have water everywhere. I got in the basement, and I could clearly see that it was coming from the toilet. (The reason for the delay in the problem was because we were fixing the place up for new tennants). My son called Dye plumbing and gearing to come out and look at the problem, and the kid agreed that it didn't look like that before. This time though he went into the basement and said there was structural problems, so he had to call his boss. (the problems came from a leaky toilet). His boss (the owner Dan) said there was nothing that they could do because the problem was there before they did the work. I contacted Dan, and he just kept making excuses. I just wanted to know if they planned on righting their wrong, or if I was stuck fixing a problem we never had before we enlisted the help of Dyes. My son paid them ***$ to change out the toilet, and now we are left with tenants without a functioning toilet, and sopping wet flooring.
