  I am satisfied. I switched to Trash Bandits late Aug. I called back and requested the start service the last week in Sept, which they did. I was impressed as I failed t set my can to the curb that the fella literally pulled the tote from the spot I keep it in and emptied it , and put it back in its place and secured it. The billing was messed up at first, but with a few emails we got it worked out. I thought I was paying for 2 cans to be picked up per week, but I received a small charge (only $5.00) for the extra can this week, most likely my fault for not understanding their policy. i will resign for 2 cans each week. Overall, I am pleased with **** and the employees which drive and pick up. They have never missed a ******* of ********

  Their Name Says it ************** was supposed to start on 5 August 2024. They didn't make the first pickup until 19 August. So I had nearly a month of trash on hand and no place to put it. They picked up from the 19 Aug thru 16 Sep, for a total of 5 weeks. So they've missed 3 out of 8 pickups so far. My container is full so now I have trash and no place to put it...AGAIN!!! At this rate, I'm paying for 3 months and getting only two. Forget calling them. I've tried contacting them repeatedly, but their answering machine is full...go figure...It gets better. I just received a bill for another three months service!!! Really? They already owe me 3 pickups.

  Terrible company. Dont throw any money their way. They will take your money and not provide the service you paid them for. They dropped our route out of the blue after not picking up for three weeks. We tried calling to speak to someone about a refund, but their voicemail box was always full. We emailed multiple times and someone finally sent out an email to advise us the route was canceled and refunds would take some time. That email was received on 8/4/24. We still do not have our refund and we are unable to reach anyone.

  Ive had an awful experience with Trash Bandits. They consistently miss pickups week after week, always offering excuse after excuse. Despite their promises, they never credit missed services, even after repeated follow-**** Its incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that simply isnt delivered. I would not recommend Trash Bandits to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

  Trash Bandits seemed like a great alternative to WM in the beginning. We supported their small business and hoped for their success. We recommended them to friends and family, and suffered through the growing pains of starting a small business. We had several weeks trash wasn't picked up due to staffing, truck problems, etc, but we dealt with it and appreciated the communication from the company about what was going on. We were recently missed for two weeks in a row and were told it was due to only having one truck driver and "if we don't get to you on Friday, we'll be out on Saturday to pick up" which didn't happen for 2 consecutive weeks. Going into the 3rd week, we received an email stating that our route was being canceled due to lack of staff and that we'd receive an email about picking up the trash tote and refunds would be issued this week. So, with no notice and almost 3 weeks worth of trash sitting at my curb, we were dropped. We had to pay someone $65 to remove the trash which is more than our refund for the entire quarter is going to be. And now, after multiple attempts at communicating with the company, they won't even respond to us. I fully support small business, but there is some responsibility on the business owner's end as well.

  Don't walk away....RUN. Run a fast as you can!!! This company is run by a clown who is accepting money from citizens then not providing services. He then blocks them from contacting him for a refund, much less an explanation.

  Multiple missed weeks of service. Excuse after excuse. Going on over 2 weeks without service. Not worth your time or money. Absolute scam.

  Not reliable. Frequently misses collection with no fee adjustment. They cant service existing customers but continue to add new clients.

  I personally appreciate the communication that Trash Bandits has with its customers. If they have an emergency and cannot pick up my trash they email me and let me know. They also will schedule an extra pickup or not charge me for the week. Small businesses are hard and it is hard to manage when a small business blows up out of no where. They are doing a great job with what they got. Now they just need to hire more people and get more reliable trucks.
