    On 10/4/24, I was in an ************* truck was totaled, not my fault. I needed another truck to conduct my business. I found a similar one at Zeigler Subaru (ZS) in Lafayette ******* to buy. I asked ZS about the truck & if it was a salvage title, they said no. I drove 7 hours to purchase the truck. I took out a loan from ********* told me I had to pay the taxes for **************** & registration fees, which I did. When they told me how much it was, I said it is less, I dont live in the city limits. The fianc person told me he was from ******** & knew what he was doing. I signed off and he told me I would receive the title/paperwork in the mail so I can register it. In ** you get 30 days to register a ************ was getting closer to the date, but no title ever arrived. I called ******* took 2 ************ never figured it out. After several emails/texts/phone calls with them, it was ************** blamed it on Missouri DMV. I called my local DMV ********************* figured it out in one day, called ZS & worked with them. By that time, I was late to register it. DMV, West Plains MO charged me for ******************** but I also paid ZS for them but I did not receive from *******, so DMV MO told me to ask ZS for a refund of those funds. I am asking for monies I paid to ZS for ******************** fee plus the over amount paid on the truck taxes: $394.75 ($1,891.54 - $1,744.04 = $147.50 plus $222.25, the ******************** fees which were not applicable to me since my truck was registered in ********, & late fees, $25.00). I finally received the title, which was a salvage title from the state of ***********. Still have not received any correspondence after contacting. So disappointed in this whole situation.

    I gave Mrs. ***** a call and left her a voicemail that we will be cutting a check today 2/27/2025 for the full amount of $394.75. We apologize for the miscommunication and it was not our intent to have to jump through so many hoops. If she has any questions, she can call my cell phone at ************.
