    Ive used the company before and always had my tokens sent to others. My experience on May 15, 2024 was just the opposite. I ordered $35 worth of coins and made a donation. I marked the box yes it was a gift.. The receipt closed and I got an email saying I would receive the coins at my house!!No one responded with my request for a refund.. Horrible customer service

    We received an email from the customer on Wednesday, May 15, ************ PM, alerting us that she was unable to have her order shipped to another address at checkout. We promptly responded on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 9:07:57 PM and asked if she wanted to provide another address to ship the order. We did not get a response for 12 hours, so we shipped her order to the address provided to us at checkout to not delay delivery.After the order had shipped the customer responded to inform us that she purchased another item elsewhere and would like a refund. We informed her that the order had already shipped and we couldn't cancel the order and provide a refund at that point. We also informed her of our return policy and let her know that she was welcome to return the refundable portion of her order for a full refund. A portion of her order was custom and couldn't be refunded. She is still welcome to do that when her order arrives. The Token Shop strives to provide prompt and effective customer service, and will continue to strive to meet the ever changing demands of our customer base.
