    I am very disappointed with the lack of response by this business and, because of this, cannot provide any positive recommendation about their work product or service. This is September 9, 2022, and I first contacted the business in early September 2021. Also in early September, 2021, I received and accepted a written estimate for work from their representative. The representative emailed me on 09/07/2021 that he required a signed copy of that estimate and a 20% deposit from us before putting us on the work schedule. These were delivered to him at the business office the following day. Since that time, no work has been done. A work crew did show up one time later that month but left saying they needed to talk to their boss because their estimator had not estimated correctly. They were neat, polite, and courteous, saying they would return in three or four days. No one has ever returned. Following that encounter, the business representative and I have communicated several times by phone and email. I either got no response or the representative said he would check on it and get back to me. On September 9, 2022, the business representative returned another of my calls to him and agreed to return our 20% deposit that had been made over a year earlier. I was not only disappointed this company apparently could not perform the fence service but am extremely surprised by this example of poor business practice.
