    I did not peruse this earlier because i wanted to give the builder the benefit of getting the work complete it is now in my best interest to file a complaint. The biggest issue is the *** is still not working after over a year. Please consider this formal complaint regarding the ongoing malfunctions of the *** system installed in my home, Despite numerous attempts to address this issue over the past year, my efforts have been met with unacceptable lack of responsiveness and accountability on KHI's part. , time taken off work, Installing a additional 200 amp service because of an over site by the builder maxing out a panel. A detailed attached timeline is included in this complaint, I have contacted the builder and the Geo installer many times I have texts and e-mail of these activities, this highlighting the persistent problems with the *** system and requesting corrective action. These issues, including [In floor heating not working], have demonstrably impacted the functionality and value of my home, resulting in additional financial burdens due to [excessive electrical costs].Furthermore, the quality of the workmanship employed in the installation falls far short of acceptable standards. The use of a notched 2x4 to support a copper water pipe exemplifies the subpar construction practices that plague this entire project. The total cost of equipment and labor for this system amounted to over $40,000, yet it has delivered nothing but frustration and disappointment. This is just one example of the workmanship i received thorough out this build was sub par at best. KHI ongoing negligence in addressing these issues and complete disregard for my dissatisfaction as a customer are simply atrocious. Therefore, I am demanding immediate action to rectify this situation. Considering the extent of the problems and the unacceptable delays, I believe this is the only adequate compensation for the shoddy workmanship and lack of accountability I have experienced.
