    I had the do work on my 400 ex,they did a new top end,and and a new shifter because mine had broke.they said it was gonna be fine at **** dollers,then 2 weeks after I got it redone the shift forks and drum went bad,granted after he took it apart and could have seen the bad parts were bad and didn't say anything to me,so had to get redone that was **** dollers later.so I get it done and it's leaking oil again so I had them do it again that was another 500,and they didn't use oem parts ,thats what i paid for,they got them off amazon,and ebay.got it back and it was leaking right away,so disappointed,in total I spent **** at this place .I took it to ******** performance and he said it would be **** to rebuild the correct way,crossroads is nothing but a place to take your money and leave you feeling violated,I give them 1 star,terrible people there stealing people's money,DONT GO THERE SCAMERS

    The technician thought that taking my bike on a 4 mile joyride in city limits at 82 miles an hour was a smart idea and when I called to confront them about the notification but I just got them at high speeds. They try to lie over the phone and say they didnt do that. Once I told them I had an app that told me every time the bike is moved how far the bike is moved at what speed the bike is moved how much gas is in the bike how much oil is in the bike how many times you wind excessively over or took off at a higher acceleration they put me on hold And when they came back on the phone there was no apology given they just said your bike is ready for pick up so when I got there to pick up my bike and explain this all again to a manager, they didnt want to give me a refund until I demand it. Not only did they take my bike on a 4 mile joyride without my consent they participated in felony, reckless, driving felony, speeding and felony Joy riding. Once I brought that information to the table. Then they agreed to do a refund. This place is highly unprofessional, and would not recommend at all for any type of service.
