    I recently drove over an hour to look at an Acadia and was immediately approached by ********************* and had the absolute best experience with him and then we had to deal with ***************** who claimed to be the manager but their website just shows him as a Team Lead. He was extremely condescending, rude, laughed at me, refused to give me the name and the phone number of the "only man above him in charge" and told me I would need to get it from their website. I asked him 3 times for his name and number and he told me even his boss told him to tell me to get it from the website and not give it to me. I wrote his name down so that I could remember and with a smirk he said "you can write my name and number down all you want" I was honestly shocked and disgusted with how I was treated. He made a degrading comment about the amount of the monthly payment we could afford as he was clearly upset that we were offended by the trade in offer and that how they do not negotiate on any of their car prices as they are priced to sell. Do not waste your time with this dealership.

    Incorrect Sales documents were completed by Rohrman Subaru for an out-of-state CASH purchase thus causing me $200 in Title corrections + a 4-month delay to receive a corrected Title. Sales Mgr was SO anxious to record that sale on the 30th rather than the 2nd when I picked up the car that they rushed everything and made critical errors. I felt lied to and uncomfortable through the buying process.

    Company pulled (impacted) my credit after we agreed on a selling price. Then was called back 30 min later and told the car had been sold. I tried to resolve this with the dealership but they were unwilling to do anything about it
