    We hired ******* for a wedding . She was suppose to set up a bridal ****. First she demanded only cash I asked to see her vending license and she refused. They we agreed on zelle ( she did not want to report her earnings ). As far as the services. One of the two bridal chairs was broken .. the card holder was broken. And she did not bring a cake table or plate for the cake. The seating chart had 29 misspellings and grammar errors. I would like to be refunded a portion of what I paid. The total cost was ****. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. She refused. Please direct me how I should obtain my refund
