    This business is my landlord. It has been a h*** of the last 3 years with him. He doesnt make any repairs unless its EXTREME! Our central air went out 3 weeks ago and hes refusing to pay to have it fixed. Its 113 degrees outside and I have two children! This isnt safe for any of us. Making it hard to breathe while hes enjoying his luxury life with his family, mine is struggling to even cook dinner because its so hot. I have text messages of him saying hes not required. Hes also told me to call him because he doesnt want things in text messages. This isnt right! Hes a slumlord who needs to be corrected on his actions. Im planning on speaking to a lawyer and refusing rent because this isnt safe!

    In response to the complaints listed; I am sorry you feel frustrated with your living conditions. I do not appreciate the language in your complaint, or condone that type of response. Although the temperatures were warm, they did not exceed anything near 113. I have attached our local weather data from the days leading up to your complaint. We reached out to our repair company, and let you know this would take some time to put in an entirely new central AC unit. We also advised you fix the windows your children broke, as this allows unnecessary heat in your home. Additionally, we suggested and offered window ACs. As for my personal family, this should never be discussed, as my business has nothing to do with them. Thank you and have a great day.
