    My lease was fulfilled in May of 2023, all rent had been paid. I was billed a month later for ***** rent and a cleaning fee as well as several late fees. The company was going to give me credit for my rent that was due in May for allowing them to keep my damage deposit. I then received a notification several months later that a collection had been added to my credit report of $1,459.82. This included late rent that was never credited to my account and several additional charges for several more services that the company is claiming was rendered such as carpet cleaning and carpet replacement. I was never notified of these bills or services, I tried on numerous occasions to reach out to the company leaving voicemails, emails and text messages. The company did speak with me one time sending me a bill to show that they had credited me with the rent but was still charging me late fees as well as the additional cleaning fees. I asked the lady I spoke with to please speak with a manager, and I was told she would call me, and she never did, I called back over 4 times that same day and was sent to voicemail each time. I have a copy of my bill inside of the renter portal app, and I have a copy of the bill they emailed me upon request after I asked for them to send me proof of why I was being charged. Both bills state two separate things. Neither bill have the same amount. The bills do not correspond with what they are stating and unfortunately, I am dealing with a derogatory statement on my credit report.
