    I am writing to file a complaint against my property management. As any property management they are responsible for any maintenance in home. I have started off having a rodent problem, pest control came and assessed the problem and continued to be thorough after he treated my home and left traps. My home was in the clear until they smelled gas, they had someone come out for a gas leak shortly after this issue. Now Im dealing with flies everywhere. Its a difference between it being the season for flies than a whole bunch of them casually flying around in your home. I do not live disgusting so there is no way for that many flies to be there. There is numerous water stains on my ceiling from leaks from the neighbor upstairs. Water somehow seeps into my paper thin walls and caused little puddles from the rain to drop on my living room floor. Ive expressed my concerns and frustration with my property management it just havent been any real resolution after the rodent problem. I pay my rent on time and I have never endured this many problems in any household Ive ever lived in.

    Please see attached document showing all work orders submitted by *********************** since her move in date along with the date management responded to the work order and notes. 

    Tenant *********************** has put in several work orders since she moved in to 1509 **********. Work orders were addressed and completed either the same day or the next day of being submitted unless it was not an emergency. All requests of an emergency nature were handled immediately, often coordinated with third party vendors and or after hours, as can be seen in the case of the suspected gas leak.
                    The issue with the furnace and water heater was finally found when it was determined that the chimney had become clogged, which did not allow the units to vent properly. This was handled in a timely manner as well when the owners contracted an HVAC company to reroute the exhaust line. This was not an issue that was easily solved due to the nature and location of the clog inside the walls of the chimney.  
                    Flies in the unit, as per her lease, are her responsibility and leaving the exterior porch door or windows open is not the fault of management. We did, however, respond to close her window.  On two occasions the tenant was offered a hotel room while work was being done to ensure her comfort and safety.
                    The history shows we have been very active in addressing the tenants concerns.
