    Received a phone call today from an unknown number. My phone listed it as Spam Likely. The caller left a message and introduced herself as ***************************** now ******. She said she was a previous homeschooler and wanted to reach out to other homeschool families and let them know she was a realtor should we ever need her service. I called her and left a message and inquired how she received my name and number and that she did not have permission to solicit me and to not call me again. I also told her that her number was listed as Spam Likely so others must be reporting her as well. She then proceed to call me back and cuss me out for telling her to not call me again despite the fact that she used a private contact list to solicit for business. I then text her and told her I had already told her she does not have permission to contact me and again I do not know how she got my name and number. She then proceeded to tell me she received my contact information from an area homeschool group she was involved with She has since called me a third time today. I have blocked her number and explained that she has no permission to call me or communicate with me. I made that clear at 11:01am this morning.

    In regards to this complaint: 

     

    I was notified of this situation on the same day the complaint was filed. I immediately called *************************** and confirmed what had been posted online in regards to her experience. We do have agents' prospects for business but under no circumstance do we ever suggest the agents communicate with someone after they have asked not to be called or contacted again. I apologized to ******* several times on the call and felt the call ended professionally with her and I having a mutual understanding the agent was wrong in her communication. We have since terminated our relationship with the agent who conducted this call. This was not acceptable to us. 

     

     I apologize for her experience.
