    We hired this company May 2024 and signed a contract. They have been paid $11,300 for the job and its been over a year since weve started this process. They are only half way done with the job and now I cant get ahold of them. They have been ignoring me for weeks and we have an incomplete window job.

    STAY AWAY HOMEOWNERS AND INVESTORS, BEWARE ! !I placed a down payment of $3,690 with ***** ******, owner of ******** ***************************** back in October for a porch and roof job. He informed me the job would start two weeks after I made the down payment. It is now December and nothing was done to my property and it has got to the point where he is not answering phone calls, text messages,& emails .In the beginning he was responsive, informing me of delay after delay after delay . I was very patient with *****, with a project that was time sensitive. As time went on he would reply days into weeks later . Now that I have ask him for a refund, all of a sudden he isn't replying at all.He leaves me no choice but to go through the court system and get my attorney involved . Unbelievable I have to go through hoops . Unworthy of anybodys business.

    We signed a contract with Felgers to replace 12 windows on Feb 26 2024. We gave them $4140.00 down payment and the rest was to be paid when the job was completed. We met with *********************** and he was supposed to contact us after the first week of April to set a date for the job. He never contacted us so i started trying to contact them in May. I have left messages, Texts, and emails and they will not answer me. I am contacting an attorney as a last resort.

    We filed a claim and the claim number is ********. We put that we want a refund but we would like that only if we can not get the company to fulfill the contract. Just wanted to let you know that. Thank you *****
