      I purchased a 2008 Jeep Compass from T&H auto sales out of *******,IN, March ******. March 17th I noticed my car was running funny On my way to get an oil change. I ***led T&H auto shop and explained what was going on with the car and he told me to bring it in. March 18th my car wasnt barley picking up speed and was knocking very load so I had my mechanic come to my house to check my car and he told me the knocking was coming from back end of the car and that nothing was broken or loose under the car. So March 19th I took it back and the mechanic at T&H said he cheated a pin but couldnt tell me what kind of pin. Picked up car drove it home it wasnt making knocking noise but I notice when I got home that the muffler wasnt up anymore and that it was very visible. I tried to ***l them and I didnt get an answer. I drove the car for a couple of days and it stop picking up speed so I ***led them again and they sent a tow truck March 21st to pick it up from my home to take it back to T&H auto. I waited on a *** backl to let me know about my car never got a ***l so I ***led them before closing and they told me they found nothing wrong with my car so I went there and the guy who sold the car basi***ly told me I was lying and that I caused my muffler to fall. I drove car to advance and had them put a machine to see what codes come up. Two codes came up and the both was for trans when I looked them up. I ***led the following Monday and let him know and the same day the jeep stop moving completely. I ***led and asked for my money back and he told me, it was not money back guarantee. I asked if he was aware of the lemon law and he stated, Ive been to court plenty of times and that I would lose. The seller told me to get a estimate. Atlas Transmission in ************, IN towed my car from my home to their shop and did a full diagnostics and ***led me back and said my transmission went out a itll be $3,000 for used.
