An estimate was provided for repair on my Nissan Altima in the amount of $848.76. In communicating with both William (Lazorith) Vaughn and his only administrative staff member, Jenna MacGregor, I was informed that they were requesting approximately half of the cost up front. I was told they were "having cash flow problems, & needed it for ordering parts." When that amount was saved, I called and text messaged (through their estimate software program, shop monkey) to confirm that the estimate would be the same. After an affirmative response, I paid Stormstrike, LLC a total of $400.00 (11.27.2023) & was offered a purchase order # that would show the parts had been ordered. I also confirmed with William (Lazorith) himself, that he did not need to move the car from the lot that it was on to complete the work. I provided him with knowledge of where the keys were (a township office) and was given multiple promises of dates and times that he was going to work on it - but it never got started. He removed parts and a brand-new battery which I had purchased through AAA, leaving an old shop battery in its place.

I reached out periodically to get an update. I was never given the purchase order # for parts, and in fact was eventually told that he "drove all the way to Ohio to pick them up" and that "they were bad when he got them back to the car". Several months passed by with repetitive promises of "this weekend I will do it" and complaints from William himself, that he was just so overburdened and "trying to hire help". December, 2023 went by, then January, February, March, April, and May of 2024 with no repair. I requested my money be returned, along with the parts and Mr. Vaughn became extremely disrespectful stating that I wasn't "patient".

A VP from my bank reached out to William and he told her that he was going to refund the $400 and that he would return all parts in July of 2024. No parts returned, no new battery reinstalled, and no money has been refunded.
