    Purchased car wash and employee states that it was a better deal to purchase one month, as appossed to only one wash. I asked that if this was only one month and he confirmed that I could renew if needed. In November 2024 I uncovered that my card had been charged for a recurring payment.

    New car wash opened and offered one month for $9.97 with cancel anytime before the next month being charged full price of $49.97. My membership was ending April 30. Before I could cancel j was charged 4 days prior to my membership ending the $49.97 for the next month! I was charged on a sat when customer seevice was closed and didn't re open until Monday. I talked to someone and they said they can't refund it because I didn't call in time! Well I called emailed before my due date was up to cancel but they should not charge the next month until the due date! Not 4 days before. It's listed on their website "cancel anytime!" 100s of people have the same issue and the disclosure is bad and poor customer service
