    We gave this contractor 6 mo. to remodel my childhood home. We returned to an unfinished home, a complete disaster! He was rude and did not do as I requested. He had 4 transitions on the flooring that I requested not to do. The flooring was laid in two different directions and chipped up with some of it showing gaps. The shingles were not hung over into the gutters that rain went between the gutters and back into the ceiling of the dining rm. No gutter brackets were mounted to the house so it left a gap. A basement door was installed inward and to open the door they cut the hand rail. Flooring was laid over a floor register. A ceiling repair was done but is hanging down. Mentioned this but he said it was as good as it will get. Light switches were cut out into the door trim. The shower pan was not laid on top of cement board, he used foam and the pan creeks! None of the NEW doors closed and were so chipped up from doing them over and over. They look old not new A window was cracked on the left corner frame. Covered up with flashing. Flooring was to be under all appliances. We ask him and he said it was but it is not under the dishwasher. So many spots of patch not sanded. Or spots that needed repaired. The floor was to be floated out for a even floor. This floor is like a roller coaster ride! At first the floor was not under the door frame or baseboards. Had to stop them to fix it. The ceiling was to have Kilz before stucco. Spots are bleeding through. New vanity door doesn’t close. Marble window sills were removed saying they were rotted! Things were taken from the home. Workers parked in the yard and made a huge rut. Requested that the windows be put in before winter. They were in by Dec but gaps around window were open for air to get in. Eric has lied to us with proof on text and pictures. He was paid in full but walked off the job without finishing. He told me our home would be BEAUTIFUL but was far from it! We walked into a dusty jacked up mess!!

    April 22, 2024 I gave e **** ***** Certified Check $ 4, 000 as he requested for materials so he could begin the bathroom.. He signed a form **** gave him to prove he received the check &the work on her bathroom was to begin by April 30th or sooner. She has never seen him since. He told **** to go shopping at Home Depot because he received a 10% military discount there. She did & he told her she was over budget.
    But he has the $4,000 for materials She had shopped & total was approx. $2,400. He wasn't working her.
    He was communicating by text never showing up.n person.i He says he doesn't itemize & he doesn't have to. Hi doing something.
    She was trying to figure out what his labor would be etc. He wasn't working with her. There were heated words. She thought it would be $4,000 materials & after done then another $4,000 for Labor. But this was not proving to be the case. She feels he is a scammer & has done before & knows what he doing. She is a single woman living by herself & easy Prey. I do not want him back in my home. I do not trust him any longer. I want a full refund of my $4,000.
