    We signed a made up contract with Elliott E****/Omega Dream Homes on 5/14/2022 along with a required deposit of $35,000.00. Job did not commence until 8/24/2022 (15 week wait time violates Ohio Law). E**** stated he could complete vinyl plank flooring, solid surface shower, custom closet system, custom vanity with solid surface counter top, walk in tub, lighting, plumbing, drywall. He started the job but did not finish anything except the vinyl planking flooring. He stated he had "passing out episodes", "kidney stones", "diabetes insipidus", and in October 2022 "prostate cancer". All lies. He lied about everything, lied about his ability to complete and finish the job, he just wanted our money which he scammed us out of using deceit and Lies. He had no ability or intention of completing the job. We have had to hire real professionals to gut the site and complete the job, which is now costing us $75,000.00+. E**** claimed drywall completion as a payment due point on his made up contract. He did not tape the drywall, only mud which would have failed. He cut out our plumbing vent from the ceiling, capped it, and mudded the ceiling. Again, nothing done correctly, nothing usable or functional. E**** did not supply any receipts, product info/warranties. He had no physical business and tried to charge us overhead in the amount of $29,437.68. E**** verbally agreed with a handshake to refund the amount to us. To date, he has not refunded any money to us. E**** has continued to lie about sending refund payments. Regarding the walk in tub, E**** never ordered the tub after being given $55,000.00. E**** said he did not have enough on his credit card to order the tub so he had his brother in law purchase the tub. He certainly did not purchase All of the materials/products to complete the job. Again, he lied about everything here, took our money and left us in a mess. His current address & phone *** *********** ** ******** ** ***** ###-###-####
