    Customer of many years but they still found it acceptable to try and bully me for immediate payment for work I wasn't invoiced for. Needless to say, I cancelled my long standing service agreement and will be seeking a more customer friendly service provider 1. They visited for a break/fix review 2. They told me, even though I have a service contract, if they couldn't do the work there and then that they would be add a $179 service delivery and install fee to the overall cost 3. They didn't give me time to check the pricing of the parts they wanted to install, pressuring me to make a decision on the spot due to the upcharge that was being threatened 4. Upon install they demanded payment on the spot. This wasn't advised before the work was carried out.5. No invoice was produced, so it wasn't even clear what the payment was for 6. Upon advising them I will pay them the next day due to inability to pay they told me they would rip out the install, which they did.A very uncomfortable experience from a company I believed had good service previously. As a long standing customer I am now looking for a replacement service provider with more customer friendly approach, and one who maintains the service agreement that was signed.
