    Night shift is a complete HR nightmare. The supervisor *************************** has absolutely zero management skills. Even mentioned on several occasions in start up meeting that he didnt care if his employees smoked weed out of a 12 foot bong in the parking lot, but his bosses do. He does literally nothing all day the only time youll see him is when hes talking to his friends and rearranging their assignments to the easy stuff. He talks the most about his employees even calls them child molesters and then sits with them at lunch. Very very unprofessional. The place is falling apart so unorganized.
