    I purchased a festool mitre saw in December of 2023. I put it to use in March of 2024. After using it a few times, the plastic bevel handle broke off. I contacted festool and initiated a repair order. I was instructed to send the saw in for repairs. I didnt have the original box and packing materials, so I requested that festool send me the needed packaging. That was at the end of May, 2024. I have not received the packaging as of July 4, 2024 and festool is blocking my emails.

    Date of transaction was Mar 3rd 2024 I've issue with the battery being bad and filed warranty claim but, their customer service is beyond bad and I'm being ignored despite asked to speak to their supervisor or the manager.

    Purchased a Kapex KS 120 about 6 months ago. I've been having consistent issues with the motor starting. The saw may have about 12 hours of use on it.I left a voicemail about a month ago and filled out an online request around the same time on their website to no avail. Today, I waited on hold for over 2 hours and finally hung up. I'd like to speak to someone about getting this rectified. It's quite disheartening to pay this type of money and to have this level of customer service.
