    I purchased a vehicle here almost a year ago. When I got my paperwork emailed to me there was an extra $3290 tacked onto my loan amount. When I questioned the owner, he told me that was a bumper to bumper warranty. I said I never agreed to buy that and would like a refund. He said that was fine as it was less than a day after I purchased. He sent me a picture of the warranty that was voided and told me the $3290 would be applied to my loan. I followed back up when it still hadnt been applied and he assured me it would be and he would send me copy of the receipt. I still have not received a receipt; nor has the amount been applied to my loan. And no I cannot get a response from the owner or dealership.

    I purchased a car from Indy Auto Connection on november 21st. They gave me a paper plate that expired on the fifth of January. I have gone up to the *** twice to try to get my registration done and a plate. My plate is now expired as it is well past the legal 45 days. I have late fees from the *** now and am driving around on an expired plate. The b m v is not willing to provide me with another paper plate. I called the dealership again to ask that they give me another paper plate until they finish the title paperwork and they refused. I asked them why the paperwork is so late they refused to answer. I would like help getting this issue resolved please.
