    In August we had Prime plumbing come to find a clog in our plumbing upstairs. ***** told me when I called to take pics and if we cut out ceiling in kitchen job would be around $1000. Two men came and said they located the problem in our upstairs bedroom at the shower but needed further assistance. A second guy came and said he was only one allowed to run his camera equipment since it was expensive. Billing says they replumbed 3 line above kitchen ceiling this was NOT done. They replace one 45 degree elbow T and short pipe needed to attach it to line. We were told at time fall in line was FINE but elbow T was just backwards. This is not what is stated in bill. The bill WAS NOT prepared by plumber who actually did work . Plumber who did work said he knew he messed up when he did not turn the elbow T the second time he was there which required the third trip. We had 3 trips and 5 guys doing this job and they were here a total of maybe 7 hours and charged us almost double what ***** gave a quote of. We have tried calling and texting and can get no response .They brought the bill to use the last full week of September, it is dated August 5, and states after 30 days they charge a 4%late fee. Plumber said upfront when he started elbow T was backwards and he should have turned it from the start.
