    I reserved a room at the Super 8 in ********** for 3 nights. Upon entering the room I found a *****, moldy bathroom that was definitely not like the pictures online. I then proceeded to check the bed and sheets. To my surprise and disgust I found stains on some of the sheets. It was located in an area that led me to believe it was either blood or urine. I promptly took my items and went to check out. The hotel staff told me all i had to do was leave the key. He didn't ask me why I wanted to check out. I was charged two of the three nights. Within the next few days, I was told I would not receive a refund due to having a non-refundable reservation. I then contacted ******* and they said I would have to discuss it with the property manager. I emailed the property manager who stated I would be refunded 1 night and charged for 1 night because the hotel was full and my room couldn't be rented that same night. He said "this is the best we can do." He then said, "our hotel is perfectly fine at reasonable rate for everyone who has stayed with us never had complaints." ********** refuses to refund the remainder of the charge because they weren't able to rent the room the same night. There were bodily fluids on the sheets and the manager thinks it's perfectly fine!!! The photos online did not accurately represent the hotel. The hotel is actually run down, *****, moldy and smells like marijuana.
