    I took my car there, in hopes of having it repaired. I purchased an extended warranty with this vehicle and presented it with my request to repair my car. I was told it would take up to a week to be repaired originally. This vehicle has been at their dealership since December 15, 2022. It still has not been repaired to this date. They said it was done once and when I arrived my boyfriend was looking at it with missing bolts and parts after the repair was completed, I left it with them for them to further investigate the problems. They have made promises to ************** on the repairs and have not. I have called multiple times to check on it and have been told they are waiting on the warranty company, Chrysler, parts, ect. They always have an excuse to not have the work completed or even an update on progress. I have been hung up on, ignored, and plain lied to on multiple occasions. I even took time and went to the dealership called the warranty company myself to get this going. By the end of that call we had authorization to complete the repairs and order the parts. They got the parts two weeks later. Parts installed only to find out what they were fixing was not the problem and now we are back to the excuse of waiting on Chrysler to call them back to guide them on what to do. I have been without my vehicle for nearly two months, and they truly do not seem to care. I depend on friends and family to get me to work and where I need to go. I feel I have exhausted my resources trying to get this repair completed and now am resorting to reaching out to you to let you know the service that is being provided by this establishment. Again I have had many conversations, I have had friends and family call in when they were hanging up on me, I have spoken to the mechanics, the management and seem to be getting nowhere. Any help you can provide would be amazing but at the very least I want it noted the poor customer service I received from them.
