    I do not understand what is needed from me. Please clarify. My windows are under warranty. supposed to do with that. I want everyone to know about the bad response I rec'd from Style-Craft and Ply Gem windows. Please do NOT buy from them.

    In response to complaint ID# ********
    The windows were purchased 9 years ago. She called us on 5/13/24 explaining when she opened her kitchen window the bottom is falling out. It looks like string and plastic.  We sent one of our Project Managers, *****, on 5/15/24 and he adjusted a door that she was also having an issue with and looked over the window. The bulb seal on bottom sash is detached so it needs a new sash. We supplied her with a copy of her warranty and explained that the manufacturer ****** does not allow contractors to order parts and that the customer has to go through ******. We provided her with all the information we had and have not heard anything else from the customer. Her complaint seems to be with the manufacturer ******.
