We had them come out and give us a quote and we asked them if when they were finished with the spray foam if they would leave the plastic up that they used as a protective barrier so that we could spray paint over the foam that they had just installed they said yes, and theywrote it in our contract and then when we went out to check the finished product, they had taken the plastic down, which I contacted the about and they said no problem. Will have someone stop out in a week and hang more plastic so that we could go ahead and finish painting and they said they scheduled us for someone to come out that day came and went. No one came out. No one contacted us. I contacted them She said that they would look into it and see why they didnt come out then emailed me back and said that they were unable tocome out and rehang the plastic and that they would just go ahead and send us plastic and staples and the things that we needed to put up our protective barrier and we could do it ourselves. I did try to call her back two times she never returned phone calls. Also they never sent the plastic. She told me that we would have it by March 3 or March 4 never received it. I also emailed her back never received another email response. Ive called business lines. No one respond back to me at this point weve bought and hung our own plastic. The company didnt do anything. They said that they were going to do. They did spray foam the building, but customer service was extremely poor afterwards and its not a huge deal about us having to do the plastic, but it was in our contract andthen they constantly gave us the runaround whenever we called and then never did what they actually said they were going to do at this point we would like reimbursed for the plastic that we and we would like reimbursed for the time that it took us to place the plastic. We paid them in full when the job was complete because I didnt that there were any reason not to.

Indiana Spray Foam came out April **, to fill in gaps in the walls that were found after their initial installment of foam in November 2022. The night of the service I had no power on the outside of my home (outside lights or lights in the garage). I called Indiana Spray Foam the next day. They spoke to the the electricians that had done service at the house in August 2020. They would not provide services due to expense. Another electrician was sent in several weeks ago. This electrician told me that issues were found and would get back to me. Never heard anything from Indians Spray Foam or the electrician - now over 3 weeks of no power which is a severe safety issue as the yard is completely dark as is the garage and no use of garage door opener. Several phone calls and emails later to Indiana Spray Foam with no response to fix other than "you need to pay half" - no, I didn't cause this issue - your installer did. I emailed Four Seasons and they came out today to find that the wiring from the spray foam either cut or broke the main feeder line in the wall to the outside lights. He fixed everything and I now have lights. charged $*** to complete this job. Indiana Spray Foam also over filled one of my walls and the plaster cracked and spidered. They put wall cement up but it looks bad and can't be painted as it is. I was told that they would fix this also. I am seeking reimbursement for the electrical cost and to have them come and fix the mess on the wall. Their spray foam was found in the basement along the outside wall in the area that the main outside box is at. I have pictures and the wiring that was found in the wall.

The first 2 electrical companies we sent said it was not related to the work we did. The first company, that the customer recommended, said there were ongoing issues with the electrical prior to our arrival and was quoting over $3k. We are willing to reimburse the $*** electrical bill despite what the first 2 electrical companies said. As far as the wall, we don't use cement, it would be drywall mud and we only do a scratch coat so it would need sanded and with plaster walls very little sanding if any would be needed.

About a year ago, we hired Indiana Spray Foam to insulate the exterior walls of our home. The day of the installation came and they decided they couldn't do our ************* because the depth of the wall was too deep. Never mind that they never evaluated our attic. They allegedly did all the insulation except to that wall. Within 6 months, I used a thermal imaging camera and found cold spots in my kitchen. They came out and blamed my cabinet doors being closed and my builder grade windows. Well, we just started having our master bath renovations today and let me tell you that there is almost ZERO FOAM in the exterior walls of my second floor. They DID spray foam on an INTERIOR WALL FULL OF PLUMBING. So we've paid over ?en thousand dollars for something that wasn't done fully or properly.

We are responding to a complaint from a customer. We received the letter past the date to respond, our apologies.

We have reached out to the customer and offered for us to take care of any missed areas, she refuses to let us on her property.
Since she is refusing to let us come double check and fix any issues we offered her half of her money back and she said that was
not fair and wanted all of her money back. We were willing to give her of her money back and she still refuses a solution.

Now she is bashing us all over **************** and every social platform she can, as well as getting others to post negative reviews.

We feel like nothing will satisfy her and theres really nothing we can do about it. We are willing and open to a resolution.

    Thanks,

I am rejecting this response because:

    1) I ACCEPTED them paying the remaining balance off of what I owe to the finance company,  which is **** out of the nearly 10k financed.  That was my proposed resolution.  They seemed ok with it last week and I haven't heard from them since.

    2) They have been on my property three times and three times they haven't done their due diligence.  I no longer trust them to not maliciously damage my home if I let them back.

    3) They never responded to my original 2 phone calls about this,  it wasn't until I started posting on social media about it that they got back to me... but I've since noted they don't allow negative reviews so that speaks volumes about their integrity.

    4) Either I get a check from them to resolve this by the end of the month or I'll be seeking legal recourse. I am a retired firefighter taking care of my elderly mother with Alzheimers and Cancer.  This is very stressful and I'd like this ended.

We were quoted a job for an insulation of the bonus room in our house. $3699 is what we paid. They came out and only insulated half the roof. Winter came and the snow all melted because the whole reason we insulated was for this specific area. They came back out and realized they only did half the job. Came back out and this time took tools from our garage without asking and cut open our ceiling (that part we okayed) to insulate the rest, they ended up cutting into our rafters and cutting an electrical cord. They went back in and said the main job they did didnt look nearly thick enough or done well. So now the structure of the ceiling is weakened and they said it is a cosmetic damage only, we even sent in photos to them proving it wasnt. The original guy said it looked very concerning and somehow now it is cosmetic because they misquoted this job and are unwilling to make it right. It is not our fault they didnt accurately price the job, nor that they had to come out twice and didnt get it right, nor did we agree to get beams cut through, or the use of our tools. Super unprofessional we would never recommend them. If they had made it right it would all be fine but the fact that they dont see that damaging someones property isnt okay, and are not willing to offer to fix it. Not okay.
