    I had ****** ******. Who owns Forebrand Roofing and Siding LLC. Is what he told me anyways. Redo my bathroom. He agreed to it and I agreed to the price. Which was a professionals price in my opinion. Day one when my bathroom was all torn to shreds. He told me he wasn’t a plumber. Then the last day. He told me he wasn’t an electrician. And when I told him. I was t pleased with the drywall job. He told me he wasn’t a drywaller. And he can’t paint worth a crap either. Now I’ve hired ******* ******** to fix all
    His screw ups!! He did knock $350 off the bill. But that’s not even close to what it’s going to cost me to have it fixed. And Firebrand fixed my metal roof. Back in July 2024. Where I had storm damage. And now it’s leaking! So I have to pay someone to fix that now. He’s worthless and needs to reimburse me. And needs to be put out of business before he screws someone else. And he took my painting supplies with him that I bought. I asked him about them and he won’t respond to me. I attached the text message where I asked him and he did t respond.

    here are some of the photos from the job showing some of the work that was done. at the end of the job the only issue owner had was 2 drywall lines he wasn't happy with so i gave him a reduction in price so he could have another person come and change it how he had wanted it. i told him i was not a plumber, electrician, or drywall guy so he continued to know i was not licensed in those areas but would do my best at it for him. i gave him a huge discount in price being a family member of a close friend. the man hired to do the drywall done a bad job on the mudding and sanding and i am sorry for that had i known i wouldn't have hired the man. once the painting was done i felt it to be cheaper for the owner to hire a professional drywall company instead of a roofing and siding company to get it to his satisfaction. i informed the owner the painting in the laundry room would be incomplete in a few areas due to water heater being in the way and water lines as well. he said it was fine. after it was painted he was happy with it while i was there. water heater was installed first so the corroded water in the old tank wouldn't damage his new appliances which he was concerned about. i installed 3 ceiling fans with drop ceiling boxes, completely gutted the bathroom installed insulation, drywall, flooring, paint, a new bathtub, shower surround, vanity, exhaust ceiling vent, toilet, water heater, cabinet, mirrors, lighting over mirror, fixed cabinets in kitchen that ends had rotted on, installed new outlet for jacuzzi tub, and installed a new front door and screen door. normally the bathroom alone without being finished would cost what the customer was charged.  again, the only complaint at the end was 2 drywall seams the customer wasn't happy with so i gave him a discounted price. i never received word of any other issues he had upon completion of the job that was not addressed. I've been harassed and had my name defamed from this man over 2 drywall lines including an email sent to my church calling me a thief and every other thing customer could think of but never received a call from him. i got a message about paint supplies that he couldn't find a roller and a pole that was sitting on dumpster to dry keeping away from his animals so they didn't get in it and it was left there ending up in dump. i believe the pictures speak for themselves and i will not be refunding a single dollar. if there was other issues a call could have fix ed them.
