    I had an appointment for my 2 month old kitten whose genitalia was leaking and having a lot trouble urinating. They refused to listen and said it was just diarrhea. Gave her medicine for that and then when the problem didn't even ease up I had to take her back again and they did the tests they said they were going to on the first visit and that it would be free of charge since they messed up the first time. They were told to call me directly when everything was done and they refused that too. I went to pick her up and they over charged me by $60. I asked why when they told me one thing and then do another. When I started to get upset they told me to either pay or I don't get my cat back. I got my cat back after being thrown from person to person and being told I am the reason my cat is sick when I had nothing to do with and she would have been better by now if they had listen in the first place. Honest opinion if they only care for money they shouldn't be a vet clinic.
