    RAW TENDERLOIN! I tried to call but apparently they don't have a phone. I had to drive all the way from outside of Upland back to ******. I brought the raw tenderloin back to show them it was raw. I asked for my money back because they didn't have a phone to be contacted on and I had to drive all the way back to ******. They refused to give my the money for my order back and actually argued with me about whether or not it was raw (it was completely pink). She then told me she would refund the tenderloin then literally went inside and called the police. Mind you, I was not yelling, screaming, cussing or again belligerent. I only raised my voice when she was screaming at me. She told the police that I was going from car to car harassing customers. In fact, I never even opened my truck door. What made matters worse was that my 8 year old daughter was in the backseat the whole time. Just wow.... I don't even have words. That *** have been the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. Needless to say, worst customer service on the planet.
