Their manager **** blatantly lied about my title being in transit. I have a laundry list of texts regarding the situation & will be happy to upload them should you people try to lie. At any rate since 10-27-23 buying their **** Hummer, me being a decent person gave them the benefit of the doubt regarding my title arriving. The plate that was put on this vehicle expired early December 2023. I questioned **** in a very nice method multiple occasions via text. He continued to tell me it was on its way these titles take a long time crossing state lines. Finally Id had enough and told him this does not add up-2.5 months later. **** then proceeded to tell me he was going to check again. He doesnt respond after telling me he would have an answer yesterday. so I again push for an answer today. He now states that he talked to his title clerk ****** today who informed him I wouldnt be receiving a title after he lied about it to me since December-telling me its because its an intrastate deal to be patient. Today he says hes new to the state and doesnt know how it works but insists if I go to the Secretary of State today, everything should be good to goI go and they tell me that is absurd and they dont have a clue of what this guy is talking about. After speaking to ****** who cant answer my questions, she then Has the A2 manager call me-who ACTUALLY handles titles. The manager for A2 informed me the dealer dropped the ball. There is a sheet with a barcode that was to be presented for me to give to the *** office to actually get my plates. A title would NEVER be arriving due to a change in the title law. The dealer was to give me this paper when I purchased it. Instead I was lied to about that. Now ** expected to pay late fees on top of driving on expired tags & losing $400 in wages because these guys lied? I requested a call from their GM who was supposed to deal with this, he never even bothered to call-At this point no thanks. I want $500 reimbursement NOWBusiness Response
