    November 6th -7th, 2024. As advertised for $300.00 my phone screen would be completely fixed with no issues. What was not in the agreement was the use Non authentic products. With ***** products, your phone will not work if it is not a product replaced with the same apple product. After keeping my phone for 30 hours I got it back. The screen was no longer cracked so i went on my way. As i get home my phone will not work. It lags and won't get past the lock screen. I can't call, text or anything. As i get a relative's phone to call them back they would not answer. After hours and hours, they finally picked up the phone. I had explained to them that my phone would not work. They denied fixing it or refunding me any of my money. Not only my phone is still broken I'm also out the $300 the refuse to give back. They didn't offer to fix it or even refund a *****.

    The following customer, ******* ***** brought his iPhone 15 Pro Max to our store to have the screen replaced because he broke his phone. We replaced with a new screen and tested to insure phone was working properly. Mr. ***** picked up his repaired phone and we have not heard from him since. We received a cc dispute notice and contacted Mr. ***** and asked if he was having issues with his device because we received a cc dispute notice. Mr. ***** hung the phone up.


    -Mr .***** claimed in this dispute that the part was counterfeit which is false. All of our phone parts are purchased from the top distributor in the country and are authentic.
    -Mr. ***** claimed he tried to work it out with the merchant. This is also false as we warranty all of our phone replacement parts.
    -Mr. ***** claimed he returned the merchandise which is also false. Any returned merchandise would result in a receipt to the customer showing the return along with any refund.
    The ********** declined his dispute.

    Unique Wireless takes customer service as top priority.  We also would be happy to help Mr. ***** if he has issues with his phone.
