      The way they handle business is completely unreasonable and irrational. I missed a day to call them to arrange a payment and they repossessed my car while I was in ******, then took it an hour away from the city I lived in. Made me payoff the car to get it back, in which I did. They then reported the repossession to my credit report that implied that they used the vehicle repossession to resolve my account, which is false. I paid for it back. They had a choice to remove it after I paid it and they refused. They think they're smart and know business, but you never want to do business with a company that has miserable employees and bad leadership. They will just project that onto you.

      Via Credit Union ************* turned a customer away attempting to create cashless transaction account as he needed this to expand his mowing business. They informed him they could not help him due to the fact he has no home address. He lives and operates out of his truck and these a-holes choose to s**** him rather than help. Shame on that t*** teller, at the least!

      VIA CREDIT UNION IS A JOKE. They have a OS that is poorly maintenanced. If you make a payment with a debit card, IT IS TAKEN OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY while they drag their feet on posting it to your account so they can charge you a late fee. They send you to a sister facility so they say but there systems ARE ALWAYS DOWN AND THE SISTER FACILITY CANT EVEN HELP YOU. They take your info for your payment and you have to call and ask for a receipt. I HATE THIS CREDIT UNION.
