    -Original transaction completed 3/23/2024 with 2-3 month time frame quoted to complete delivery.-Required to pay 1/2 for order to be submitted. After a few days, price was updated to include an additional $100 charge that wasnt part of the original agreed upon price. -Fast forward, its almost 5 months later but the goods havent been delivered as originally agreed upon in 2-3 months. *** requested a refund but was denied more than once. The merchant has failed to reach out to me to provide additional info or updates. I went to store in June and was told itd arrive in July. On July 3rd, I visited again and requested refund. Instead I was told it wont arrive until end of august. I have yet to receive further update over the last month or a refund for failure to provide goods. They refuse to furnish goods or refund even though time frame is more than double the original quoted time frame. *** attempted to receive refund via credit card used but merchant isnt willing to work with them to issue refund for goods not delivered.-I have photo documentation. Might be able to complete upload via email. Please let me know if needed.

     I am rejecting this response because the merchant has failed to keep any communication in regards to this purchase. Please see attached where the credit card company has made contact but been denied for various "issues". Claim was initially filed with credit card company on May 20, 2024. The 60 day window to dispute is May 22, 2024. Attached is photo documentation for initial claim. I'm having issues uploading documents but can furnish photos for other three attempts with credit card company. There has been zero effort to provide updates. The transaction was competed with supervision of the store manager. I have not been contacted with the delivery date still unknown. This merchant is notorious for these types of "issues" since a majority of their business is custom orders. I'd like to have my product or the funds available to purchase elsewhere considering it's now been 142 days since the purchase was originally completed instead of the ***** days quoted. I can't help the fact that my order wasn't sufficient enough to fill a truck load and they've failed to complete transaction as agreed upon.
