    I want to Circle K on July 5th to put $40.00 dollars into my gas tank, I want in & payed for my gas. The lady never handed me my receipt of where I paid for the gas. When back outside to pump my gas & the pump kicked off before I could get the $40.00 dollars into my car, I went back into the store to tell them what happened & **** was very rude and act like she didn't want to help correct the situation and was like I can help whoever's next. My wife talk to the manager of the store and she said to get the stores number and call the 800 number & make a complete with ********* wife did that, she had to leave a *************** said that they would get back with her within 24 hours. They have never gotten back with her or resolve this issue.Thanks for your help *************************

    My apologies for the delayed response but the initial complaint was sent directly to the store and never turned in to upper management. Once I received the complaint, I contacted my store manager and she contacted the customer to give him a refund. The customer was actually in the store today to pick it up.
