    I talked to *****, ****'s son, for my quote. I was told there would three different crews to come out one for roof, one for windows, and the last for siding. The roof crew got here pretty fast and got their work done. The next crew I was told would be the window crew. This is during Covid, so a lot of stuff was back ordered in the construction business I was told. My windows ended up being on back ordered so they went ahead and started on my siding. A siding crew never showed up the roofing crew put on as much siding as they could until the windows were available. I figured they can probably do it all they are in construction. Finally, my windows show up and the roofing crew put them in as well. I had a few issues that I talked to either **** or **** their ******* about. They fixed some of my concerns then I was told for others that is how they do it. **** & ***** told me they could put some screen doors and a house door on for me. When the time came, they told me the door would not fix because of the width of the door jams. Then they started working on screen door but never put it up because they said it didn't fit and instead of putting back in my garage they left laying outside. My brother tried to put the screen door on for me but the guys didnt put the hardware back in the box. So **** sent **** to put screen door on. I started noticing more mistakes on my house (I'm a single woman who has never had her house remodeled or know anything about it.) They would come fix stuff, but it was not always fixed right as you will see from my pics. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was a woman and did not know what I was getting into. They are still several things wrong, and you can see clearly with some of them it's like they didn't even care how it looked. At first they were cleaning up really good but that did not last. They knew I had grandkids but still left trash in my yard where they played.

    We pride ourselves on doing quality work in a professional manner, and we will be happy to respond to these issues regarding the siding at no cost to our customer.  We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  I should reiterate:  the delay in the installation of the windows was largely caused by shipping delays during the pandemic.  We did return multiple issues to address issues that the customer brought to our attention, which is not uncommon with a job of this magnitude.  I think that it is noteworthy that when asked about installing the customer's doors and storm doors, we offered to do so at no charge, but also shared our concerns with the customer that the doors must be measured and ordered properly to ensure that they can be installed correctly.  Thought we found that the entry door was not the correct size and we therefore couldn't install it, we did find that the storm door would need to modified in order to fit, and we did so at no additional charge.  In conclusion, we will be reaching out to our customer to do everything in our power to resolve the issues at hand.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I've already filed a complaint and the business said they would get a hold of me. They were supposed to refund my money for the siding. I've messaged you guys and called nobody has gotten back to me. Is there anything else you can do? Thank you.

    We have since reached out to the customer, and she has requested that we not address the concerns at this time because of personal issues. We will follow up to ensure that all of her concerns are addressed sometime as the weather and the customer's schedule allows.
