      No service for 14 weeks. Our security system went down the week before Memorial Day, 2022. We called the company and were told that the system had been 'fried". WE were told that they would be up to fix it. Several times they told us that they were coming, only to say NO when that time came. Always an excuse, This went on to the point that we finally said enough is enough and that we would find another company,. We have been with them for 26 years, We paid our monthly fee of $20 per month for the months of May and June, with NO service. We would like that money back At this time, we do not want to use their system anymore,. We do not trust them.
